The Pointe Academy Dance Center has been serving Oakland Township for 30 years! The Pointe Academy Dance Center is a professionally staffed studio with faculty members who approach dance in a positive manner. We embrace the spirit of dance and offer ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, modern, hip-hop, dance team including our newest additions tumbling and acro! Our studio is open to all levels of dancers beginning at the age of three. We are a non-competitive studio with the exception of our top dance team, Epic. We center our studio around family values and age appropriate training. Many performance opportunities are offered to our students as well as being able to give back to our community.

 

   The philosophy of the Pointe Academy Dance Center is to provide excellent professional training to serious and recreational dancers alike. The faculty creates a warm, friendly atmosphere while guiding their students through rigors of training. In this professional environment, students and faculty are treated with dignity and respect. At the Pointe Academy Dance Center, etiquette and discipline are maintained in a positive atmosphere. It is the Pointe Academy Dance Center's belief that dance training is a valuable discipline, demanding the best of each individual, carrying over into every facet of life: self-esteem, self-control, self-worth, and academic success.
