Judith Molina
BFA- University of Cinncinati
Director of the Institute of Music and Dance at Marygrove College, is a native New Yorker and a graduate of the “Fame” High School of Performing Arts. Ms. Molina received a BFA in dance from the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music and has studied and performed in the United States and Europe. Ms. Judy also serves as the Children’s Rehearsal Director for the Michigan Opera Theatre production of the Nutcracker Ballet at the Detroit Opera House.

Dori Ranck
BS- Michigan State University
Ms. Dori has been with the Pointe for the past 25 years. A dance instructor for over 30 years, Ms. Dori has studied with professional choreographers such as Joe Tremaine, the late Al Gilbert, Rhonda Miller & Nick Dinicolangelo.

Jessica Spano
BA-Western Michigan University
Pointe Academy Dance Center alum Jessica B. Spano pursued her Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance and Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations at Western Michigan University. While at WMU she performed in projects including Giselle and several Orchesis Dance Society concerts, and was awarded a grant to study public relations for the performing arts in New York City. After graduating, she began her career as a public relations consultant in NYC for dance companies including Paul Taylor Dance Company, Twyla Tharp, Merce Cunningham Dance Company, and institutions such as The Joyce Theater, Fall for Dance Festival and American Dance Festival.
